Quick Start
To get up and running, follow these steps in order.
For a more in depth understanding of any particular section, visit the corresponding tab.
- 1
Set Up Your Team
If you have staff, go to the Team tab and add your team members. You can invite them by email so they manage their own schedule, or add them as managed members if you handle bookings centrally. Solo operators can skip this step.
- 2
Create Your First Event
Go to Events and create your first event. Give it a name, choose a type (Direct 1:1 for one-on-one appointments, Group for classes), fill in the description, price, and duration, set a location, and save. You now have a bookable link you can share immediately.
- 3
Set Your Hours
Head to Hours to set your regular availability and timeslot intervals. This applies globally to all events unless you override it on a specific event.
- 4
Connect Integrations
Go to Integrations and connect your Google or Outlook calendar so existing commitments block out your availability. If you want to accept online payments, connect Stripe here as well.
- 5
Organise into Categories Optional
If you have several events, go back to Events and create categories to group them logically. Add images and descriptions so customers can browse easily.
- 6
Customise Templates Optional
Visit Templates to customise your confirmation emails, reminders, and other notifications. Default templates are provided, but you can personalise them with variables like customer name, event date, and location.
- 7
Create a Booking Form Optional
If you want a single booking portal for all your events, go to Form and create one. Choose which events and categories to include, optionally enable a landing page, and configure the booking view. You can embed the form on your website or share the link directly.
- 8
View Your Calendar
Check your Calendar to see bookings as they come in. From here you can reschedule, cancel, reassign, or manually add events.
That is all you need to start taking bookings. Explore the remaining sections for detailed guidance on each feature.
